We are seeking an ambitious enthusiastic and committed
Trainee Recruitment Consultant
to join a rapidly expanding team in our York office.
We focus on placing teachers and support staff into schools in York and the surrounding area, either as long-term contractors, day to day temporary support, or permanent members of staff.
Yorkshire Education is a fun, family run business based in York, and have quickly grown into the leading education recruitment agency in the region. We are a young, energetic business, so there will be opportunities to advance into senior and management roles in the future.
Our growth plan relies on recruiting good, reliable trainee recruitment consultants over the next few months who will be integral to the growth of the company. You will be expected to learn every aspect of the company before progressing into a recruitment consultant role.
You will be trained by an experienced recruitment and education specialists so no specific recruitment experience is necessary.

Job details
* Part-time, 3 days per week from April until September, then option of full-time from September 2015.
* 25.5 hours per week. Working days -Tuesday – Thursday
* Location - York office.
* Salary is competitive and negotiable with uncapped, well-structured commission scheme
