Football team gets through to final!

The Under 15 Girls football team at Woldgate College in Pocklington have made it to the final of the ESFA PlayStation School Cup. They beat Ashton 2-1 in the semi-finals which secured them a place in the final of the competition.

On the 19th May the girls will grace the turf of the Madjeski Stadium, home to Reading Football Club.

As their sponsor, everyone here at Yorkshire Education couldn’t be prouder of the girls and what they have achieved so far.

We have been working with Woldgate for the past academic year. After hearing about the success of the girls’ team we decided they deserved some sponsorship for their efforts. We provided the team with some fantastic hoodies to wear to and from the final and the girls love them!

We love helping out the schools we work with through sponsorship. Providing some sports equipment to show our thanks for their loyalty is the least we can do. We aim to continue to build strong partnership with local schools so if we can help out any of you with sponsorships please don’t hesitate to contact us.
