Yorkshire Education and Pathfinder Teaching School Alliance Partnership

We are extremely excited to announce Yorkshire Education and Pathfinder Teaching School Alliance at Archbishop Holgates School are working in partnership to provide all our supply staff with relevant and bespoke CPD over the course of the academic year 2016/17.

This is a fantastic opportunity for our supply teachers to receive CPD that otherwise would not be available to them. We believe you deserve the training that teachers employed permanently would benefit from.

Over the course of a year you can expect to receive the following professional development opportunities, as a minimum:

3 tailored CPD sessions – statutory updates across core subjects
1 joint day based on the needs identified from self-audits
Up to 18 hours of CPD based on individual needs
Opportunity to visit schools to observe behaviour and policies in practice
Opportunity to observe colleagues delivering best practice in areas you have identified for development
Opportunity to review own teaching through joint practice development
Access to support from Specialist Leaders of Education
Opportunity to purchase additional CPD at a reduced rate
