Bauble collections are under way this week for our Christmas competition!

We are collecting the baubles from schools this week for our Christmas competition with the National Railway Museum. We have already seen some fantastic designs and can't wait to see them all!

A huge thank you to all the primary schools who have completed their bauble designs for the competition. We have had such a great response to the competition which will see one lucky school win a whole school pantomime of Aladdin. The baubles which have been delivered to over 60 primary schools, will all be displayed on a beautiful 15ft Christmas tree in the Great Hall of the National Railway Museum.

Once all the baubles have been collected this week, we will be deciding on the winner and from the 1st December all the baubles will be displayed on the tree for the whole month.

As well as the exciting opportunity for your decorations being on the tree for visitors to admire, the National Railway Museum are providing free workshops for all our schools who enter. This will be a great chance for pupils to see their baubles on the tree as well as taking part in fun, educational workshops.
