Supply teaching leads to full time work
For some Early Career Teachers (ECT), they are sceptical about choosing supply teaching as they feel it is not going to be suitable for them. Some think a full-time position is the only way to complete their ECT period. However, it is possible to complete it through supply work and there are many great reasons why Early Career Teachers and experienced teachers accept work through us.
