Are you a passionate and committed HLTA looking for something new? Yorkshire Education is looking to appoint a dedicated HLTA to work in a small village primary school on the outskirts of York. It is to work across the whole school age range, so you would need to happy working with Reception to Y6 pupils. This position is to start from September 2025, for the full academic year. It’s for 4 days per week and the working days can be flexible.

What skills and experience we are looking for:

• Ideally ELSA trained (Emotional Literacy support assistant)

• Good understanding of SEND needs

• Experience of Pastroal support

• Build and maintain appropriate relationships with staff, students, and parents

• Aspire to be an ‘Outstanding’ HLTA in all aspects of the role
