Job Title: Nanny

Location: Stamford Bridge, York

Salary: £14 per hour

Job Type: Temporary – Part time (Saturday & Sunday 08:30am – 5:30pm)

Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a passionate Nanny to support parents with general childcare on weekends. This would be looking after twin girls aged 6 with SEND needs. The family are looking for someone kind and nurturing to support them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meal preparation and feeding support

• Personal care – nappy changing & toilet training

• Create a stimulating and safe learning environment that encourages student participation and curiosity

• Support with play and imagination to engage children with neurodiversity

• Promote an active lifestyle with outdoor opportunities and activities such as swimming, soft play, trampolining, and playground visits

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a private Nanny

• Experience in special education needs is desirable but not essential

• An interest in music and good IT skills would be helpful for the role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• There is a possibility of additional hours, eg, babysitting, school holidays, or when sublings have other commitments.
