Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: Ripon

Salary: £85 - £95 a day

Start date & End Date: ASAP - Easter

Temporary – Short term

Additional information: The school are ideally looking for someone to work full time but would be open to discussion on this. The setting is a Primary setting and you would be with mixed age ranges.

You would need to feel comfortable working with pupils who have challenging behaviour and a range of SEND needs.

SEN Teaching Assistant experience

The ability to inspire, motivate and challenge young people

Commitment to fulfil wider professional responsibilities

Build and maintain appropriate relationships with staff, students, and outside agencies. 

Aspire to be an ‘Outstanding’ teaching assistant in all aspects of the role
