Getting to know you!
After you've provided your details, a welcoming consultant from your nearby branch will reach out to talk about your background, review your CV, and invite you to meet with us & register for work.

Preparing You for Work
Following your interview, our team is dedicated to ensuring your readiness for work. Our clearance procedures adhere to the guidelines set by the Department for Education (DfE) and the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC). Here are the various checks we conduct:
Verification of right to work, photo ID, and address
Current enhanced DBS certificate, including Children's Barred List, registered on the Update Service
Validation of references and work history
Confirmation of overseas police check or certificate of good conduct (if required)
Completion of the Childcare Disqualification Questionnaire (for primary candidates)
Medical assessment
Additional checks for teaching staff
Verification against the Teaching Regulation Agency (TRA) list for any prohibitions
Confirmation of Qualified Teacher Status
Request for a letter of professional standing (if applicable)
Keeping you up-to-date
All candidates are required to show evidence of having undergone child protection and safeguarding training in the past 12 months. If you are unable to provide this proof, you have the option to enrol in the courses for free through our training provider. We take pride in providing extra training and assistance to all our supply staff. You have the opportunity to reserve your complimentary spot in our training programs, events & webinars.
