Are you a passionate and dedicated English Teacher looking for flexible work in secondary schools? We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable English Teachers to support a range of secondary schools across York.

We have a variety of short-term and long-term assignments available, offering flexibility to suit your availability and career goals.

The Role:

• Deliver engaging English lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students (Key Stage 5 desirable but not essential)

• Plan and mark work where required (for long-term roles)

• Maintain high standards of classroom behaviour and student engagement

• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of diverse learners

• Contribute positively to the wider school environment

We Are Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Experience teaching English in UK secondary schools

• Strong      classroom management skills

• A      flexible and professional approach

• Enhanced      DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
