Hours: 37 hours per week, Term Time Only plus 2 weeks


We are currently recruiting for a talented and dynamic ERP Lead Practitioner to join a Secondary School on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave until Easter 2026. The role is available for an immediate start.


Position Details

About the Role:

You will work closely with the SENCO to provide high-quality support for students with Autism and those within the Enhanced Resource Provision (ERP). This is a key leadership role, responsible for:

  • Leading and managing the day-to-day running of the ERP

  • Assessing and evaluating student needs

  • Delivering learning activities and interventions

  • Allocating, mentoring, and managing Teaching Assistant colleagues

What We’re Looking For:

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

  • The ability to work effectively with learners, parents, and external partners

  • A passion for inclusive education and supporting neurodiverse students

It is desirable for candidates to hold a postgraduate qualification in Autism, or be willing to undertake this qualification.
