End date: May 2026 (Possibly extended to July 2026)

Working Pattern: Full Time (Monday to Friday)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Art teacher to work at a secondary school in the Yarm area. We welcome applications from both early career teachers and experienced practitioners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective Art lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.

• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports students’ confidence and progress.

• Tailor teaching and learning to support individual students’ academic and personal development.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to high-quality Art provision across partner schools.

  • To undertake all teaching responsibilities including marking, setting homework and othe associated duties.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Experience teaching Art at the secondary level

• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Art

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best
