Working Pattern: Full Time (Monday to Friday)
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Art teacher to work at a secondary school in the Yarm area. We welcome applications from both early career teachers and experienced practitioners.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective Art lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports students’ confidence and progress.
Tailor teaching and learning to support individual students’ academic and personal development.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to high-quality Art provision across partner schools.
To undertake all teaching responsibilities including marking, setting homework and othe associated duties.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching Art at the secondary level
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Art
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best
