Yorkshire Education are looking for a Social Media & Marketing assistant to join our York office, offering a salary of £26,000 - £28,500 (pro-rata) depending upon experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your skills and progress within a supportive and ambitious recruitment business who know how to work hard and have fun!

What you'll be doing as a Social Media & Marketing Assistant:

• Proactively marketing, sourcing and engaging with educational professionals

• Using job boards, LinkedIn, and our CRM to manage candidate pipelines

• Supporting with interview coordination and candidate management throughout the process

• Helping to grow our presence and reputation within the market via social media

What we're looking for in a Social Media & Marketing Assistant:

• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport

• A proactive and resilient approach - you'll enjoy picking up the phone and building relationships

• Excellent organisation skills (we work at pace and no two days are the same!)

• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial, but we'll happily consider ambitious candidates or those with a background in marketing, customer service, or administration
