Humanities Teachers required!

February 3, 2017

Yorkshire Education is a teaching agency, providing secondary & primary schools with temporary and permanent staffing solutions.

We are currently looking to employ a number of Humanities teachers to work in schools in York and the surrounding area.

We have a requirement for Humanities teachers for general supply work as well as a number of short term and long term supply contracts that are yet to be filled.

If you can teach Geography, History or Religious Studies to Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4 or to A level we would love to hear from you.

As well as having lots of day to day supply, we also offer short term and long term positions. You can work as much or as little as you like, it’s completely up to you. Whether you are looking for occasional days, part time supply work or permanent positions we may have an opportunity for you.

Why register with us?

  1. We are very grateful to be working in partnership with Pathfinder Teaching School Alliance at Archbishop Holgates School to provide our supply staff with relevant and bespoke CPD. We believe you deserve the training that teachers employed permanently benefit from.

  2. 24/7 personal service- we offer an evening and weekend service for any urgent matters.

  3. We have a quick registration process. We know how important it is to get you into work so we make the registration process as quick as possible.

  4. Outstanding pay rates ensuring you are earning what you deserve. We have weekly pay and an easy timesheet system.

  5. We hold social events for our supply staff! We know how hard you work so it’s only fair we put these events on for you!

Here at Yorkshire we work for you, not the other way around. Let us find the perfect job for you!

If you’re interested in registering with us, make sure you give us a call or send your CV to us via the website contact form.
